AFA Agricultural

The AFA conference became an important platform for strengthening business ties in the agricultural sector. We organized an event for 250 participants, utilizing the best venues of the Grand Rotana and Savoy hotels. Our team provided a full technical cycle (sound, light, LED screens, stage), as well as created a refined atmosphere through decor, floristry, and professional catering. Special attention was paid to working with delegations: we coordinated meetings between Russian participants and Arab partners, provided professional translation, and took minutes of the negotiations. We handled all logistics — from transfers and accommodation to detailed planning of the business program and summarizing the results of the meetings.
